how do i schedule a tour of auburn oaks?

To schedule a venue tour, please feel free to email us at: info@auburnoaksfarm.com with your event inquiry information and your desired tour dates. We will make sure to be in response shortly after!

hOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE VENUE ACCOMMODATE?

The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 300 guests on the inside of the venue.

What vendors are included?

Auburn Oaks Farm tables and chairs for ceremony and reception are included within the wedding package. However, you are responsible for providing all other desired resources from outside wedding vendors, such as decor, catering, planning, DJ/Band services and staging, etc.

We do have a recommended vendor list that we can provide to assist with the planning process!

Which wedding vendors are required?

We do require both a licensed and insured bartender if alcohol is planning on being served during reception, as well as a licensed day-of-wedding coordinator.

is a ceremony rehearsal included in the wedding package?

Yes, we do include a rehearsal time on the ceremony Greenspace within your wedding package.

Is lodging available on site?

Yes, we have two houses, the Main House and the Lodge House, that are available for lodging!
